POS systems for petrol stations for retail sales of petroleum products, LPG, compressed gas and accompanying goods

There are no analogous systems in Ukraine that can be compared with the electronic system cash register "T&T POS" by its functional possibilities. This cash register is simple and convenient in exploitation, it ensures high reliability. Thanks to its functionality it's the cheapest cash register in the set of similar systems. Functional Possibilities of the Base Version

Functions of the system cash register:
• formation of the data base of petroleum products and accompanying goods (services) and storing of information in it;
• protection of the data base from the unauthorized access organized by the scheme of the three-level access to information and parameters of adjustment;
• flexible adjustment of software configuration;
• automatic calculation of change for a client;
• printing of the fiscal cash check in the process of delivery/selling of petroleum products and accompanying goods (services) with accounting by various kinds of them;
• delivery of petroleum products using various forms of payment: for cash money, on credit cards, coupons, pay-sheets, etc;
• printing of the check of return of money resources from the cash and the check of superfluous delivery of fuel;
• formation and printing of reports of X or Z types at the end of the shift;
• sale of goods and services with support of bar codes and keeping the warehouse account;
• logging the general protocol of events during entire operating cycle.

Control functions concerning of fuel delivery dispensers:
• the automated delivery of petroleum products in the mode of preliminary payment (on request in volume or amount - liters or gryvnyas) and in the mode "up to a full tank";
• simultaneous control of 32 filling nozzles according to the pulse interface or simultaneous control of 32 sides of the fuel delivery dispenser according to the exchange protocol;
• start and blocking of any filling place, and also emergency blocking of all fuel delivery dispensers simultaneously;
• visual monitoring of the current state of the fuel delivery dispenser and the process of delivery of the fuel at all filling places.

Functions concerning of accounting of flow of petroleum products:
• the automated account of flow of petroleum products, filling and management of the data base of reception and realization of petroleum products in terms of volume by various kinds of fuel, tanks, dispensers, various forms of payment with calculation of surpluses (shortage);
• the calculation of the rest of petroleum products in tanks with sending of the preventive, precautionary message to the operator at achievement of a critical level;
• formation and printing of reports about realization of petroleum products on the built-in printer.

Additional Options

Monitoring of tanks with level meters such as "Struna-M", PetroVend, etc:
• Management of the united data base, formation of reports of flow of petroleum products in terms of volume and mass.
• Displaying information about parameters of petroleum products in tanks (such as the level, temperature, density, volume and mass) on the monitor of the operator in the real-time mode.
• Reception of petroleum products with formation of the receipt report.
• Tracking of outflow of petroleum products from tanks, unauthorized receiving or delivery of them.
• Sending of precautionary messages to the operator in case of the maximum or minimum level of petroleum products in tanks.

Remote connection with the office:
• Transferring of data with a modem (using GSM or switched lines) to a remote computer in the automatic mode with planning of communication sessions or in the manual mode.
• Primary data processing with a possibility of data export to management programs or accounting programs of the enterprise.
• Formation of standard (or requested) shift reports and event protocols.

The system of discounts:
• Realization and accounting of petroleum products using the assigned percent discount with any kind of payment.

The system of clearing settlement:
• Supporting of different terminals of various kinds of clearing settlement such as Petrol+, VISA, MASTERCARD.

Basic technical specifications of the control function of delivery and accounting of petroleum products

• ECCR provides control of fuel dispensers (FDs) of all types with electrical and mechanical counting devices. The nominal flow rate of fuel delivery is 40, 50, 100, or 160 liters per minute.
  
• ECCR provides control of FDs of all types, either electromechanical or electronic, which are connected according to the scheme of the connection of electromechanic FDs, as well as management of electronic FDs using interface RS-485 (ZAP, Adast, Славутич, NARA, Wayne Dresser, Shlumberger, Tokheim, Quantium, Bench, Gilbarko, Nuovo Pignone, Tankanlagen Salzkotten, Astron, Safe and others)
  
• ECCR works in composition with
  1) the master controller of electronic FDs "T&T" built in ECCR,
  2) the external master controller of electromechanical FDs "T&T" .
