The Measuring System "STRUNA"

Account in units of volume and weight
The Measuring System "STRUNA" is certificated as means of measurement. The system is intended for continuous measurement of a level, density and temperature of nutritive and explosive liquids (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, spirits, liquefied gas) in reservoirs, calculations of volume and weight of liquids according to calibration charts, measurements of a level of the water situated under petroleum products.
The Measuring System "STRUNA" is applied in the automated systems of the account of motion of petroleum products and liquefied gas on refueling and gas-filling stations and oil bases, and also in mobile measuring-calibration laboratories (MMCL).

Technical possibilities of System.
System " STRUNA " provides:
  • Precision remote measurement of parameters of fuel in reservoirs of the gas filling station;
  • Calculation of volume and weight according to the calibration charts of reservoirs;
  • Full automation of the account of motion of petroleum products at the gas filling station with the conjoint use with the systems of delivery;
  • The automatic control of airtightness of single-wall and double-walled (with the liquid filler) reservoirs with the start of sonic and light signaling;
  • Prevention of overbrims of fuel at filling of reservoirs by supplying operating signals on switching-off of pumps, start (switching-off) of the sound and light signal system;
  • Displaying results of measurement and calculation of parameters on the autonomous indicator or (and) a printing of the information to a computer of the user on standard interface RS-232C, RS-485, USB;
  • Metrological checking without dismantle of the equipment;
  • Significant reduction of an idle time of the fuel filling station at transfer of change;
  • Transmission of the information on measurements to a cellular telephone of user and to remote computer on GSM 900/1800;
  • Transmission of the information on a condition of security and fire sensors of GSM device "KUPOL-AZS" to a cellular telephone of user on GSM 900/1800.
