The system T&T SmartOil Office automates the activity of operating structure (office) of the company, which carries out a wholesale and retail trade of petroleum products.

T&T SmartOil Office stands out because of its functionality and comprises all aspects of management of the sale of petroleum products – from gathering the shift reports of filling stations to management of purchases and settling accounts with the suppliers, the warehouse account of fuel-lubricating materials, the account of sales of the accompanying goods and services, operations on the clearing forms of payment, financial analysis, etc.
T&T SmartOil Office supports the volume-mass method of account of petroleum products and account of each reservoir. Depending on structure of the organization of the enterprise the centralized, decentralized and mixed ways of management are possible. The system T&T SmartOil Office is simple in the mastery and installation. It is developed on a platform "1С", widely used on the enterprises; reports are formed in format of MS Excel and other formats.
