Power supply of oil and gas production and transportation
Tendencies to reduce operating costs in the oil and gas industry lead to a more frequent use of photovoltaic systems on oil and gas platfoms. Unlike a diesel genetator, a photovoltaic system is noiseless,
light and reliable in operation. It provides the autonomous and uninterrupted power supply of oil rigs and amenity rooms, emergency lighting. The use of
photovoltaic systems eliminates pollution of the environment, does not require transportation costs on fuel delivery and system maintenance costs.
The system may include special equipment that allows remove computer battery change monitiring.
The photovoltaic system consists of photovaltaic modules (lifetime - not less than 20yeas), gel batteries (lifetime 10-15 yeas), and an electronic unit.
The system can generate both DC and AC voltage, which makes it versatile in use, allows installing it in locations with an increased fire risk.

The system of a linear telemechanics (SLT) of oil and gas pipelines is intended for security of automatic monitoring both automatic control of technological processes and equipment of a linear part of oil and gas
pipelines in a real time mode. SLT for the decision of tasks of the centralized tax and information handling, monitoring, guard, diagnostics, signal system and operative - dispatching management
of basic technological processes of transportation and distrit and gas streams.
SLT consists of the monitoring and control system of linear latch; the controller of telemechanics RTU, PLS: different sensors, protection station, of the central control unit. |
Systems of autonomous power supply for technological equipment situated at the control points of main lines of oil and gas pipelines
 As a rule, control points of gas and oil pipelines are completed with linear latches, means of electrochemical protection, with the equipment of controlling and dispatching, with communication and data exchange facilities with the central control office,
hardware of protection of object, which use the electricity from 10Kv transmission line, which has to be pulled along the pipeline.
The construction of high-voltage transmission line will cost about 10-15 thousand USD per 1 km. We offer not to construct
the transmission line, but to install autonomous systems of power supply (solar mini power station) at the objects which consume energy.
The distance between the nearest control points on real gas- and oil pipelines is about 20 km. Expenses for construction
of transmission lines for such piece will be more than 250000 USD.
Even in conditions of the most loaded control points, the independent system of energy supply, offered by our company, will save a considerable amount of customer's money. For example, the
economy for the oil pipeline with the length of about 500 km will be more than remarkable.
The system works during the 7 - 10 days (depending on the consumer's needs), even when there is no sun and wind (wind can be used as a second source of energy). | |
Security system for oil and gas pipelines
 Perimeter protection is the primary and often the main means for providing protection of the object, which determines timeliness and effectiveness of protection measures
taken against delinquents. Perimeter protection foresees a set of measures, aimed at detection of the criminal in the protected zone, his (her) repression, extension of time necessary for his
surmounting protection boundaries, physical detention. Consists of the following parts:
- artificial obstacle, barring the territory of the protected object;
- set of sensors, connected with the obstacle, which detect the attempts of the criminal to surmount the protected zone;
- means of detected signal reception, processing, analysis and communicating alert to protection and response points;
- means and services, responding to alert with the purpose of timely prevention of criminal's actions;
- systems of autonomous energy supply.
All components of the system are in close interaction and correlation
of their functioning and require rational distribution of efforts for providing of required level of object safety.
Considered are such protection requirements as free staff approaching to any place of the perimeter obstacle, its safety for staff
and other people passing by; mounted facilities should not create hindrances for normal functioning of the object.
