The system is manufactured on the principles of photovoltaics. The installation is designed for clearing water by means of its hesitation squeeze through semipermeable reverse osmosis (RO) membrane delaying admixtures. The quality of furbished water depends on many arguments, in particular, on quality of source water, mode of operation of system and content of machinery. The reverse osmosis unit includes system of prestress clearing of water as a filtering cartridge located on a going into unit. The level of filtering on microparticles compounds 5 microgauges. Approximately 95 - 98 % of ions and other contaminating admixtures are removed from water by means of a reverse osmosis method.
Power system of mobile desalting complex consists of solar modules, controller, batteries and inventer.
For electric power generation 16 solar modules (total capability 2,4 kW) are used. The module represents the matrix consisting of monocrystalline silicon cells, connected with each other. |

The cells are laid on the laminating layer and protected with tempered glass, carrying capability of which makes 92%. Along the perimeter the module is tied up with the cutout from anodized aluminium.
Solar modules charge batteries which serve as the source of power supply for the desalting plant.
In addition to solar power, for power supply of the plant we can use external network of the alternating current with voltage 220V or generator of rig-automobile.
The mobile desalting complex is mounted on the basis of the trailer, which is intended for haulage by the automobile of higher cross-country capability or minibus.
In the transport position solar modules are mounted along the boards and on the roof of the trailer.
Productivity of the mobile desalting complex of basic integration makes up to 200-400 liters per hour with salt content of 35000 mg. per dm3.
The cost of the mobile desalting complex is much lower than cost of acquisition and combustive - lubricating materials for the power supply of petrol or diesel generator.
