The system provides control over the filling stations equipment, gas-filling stations and gas-filling compressor stations for retail sale of petroleum products, liquefied and compressed gas, account of delivered petroleum products, account of sold accompanying goods and the rendered services. The system includes one of such control cash registers:
SAMSUNG ER 250F, SAMSUNG ER 350F-STU-04, SAMSUNG ER 250F-BG01 UA, SAMSUNG ER 350F-UA and a complete set of the technical equipment T&T. Work with the computer control system facilitates the work of the operator and provides a reliable control over its work by managers
The system has a wide spectrum of service functions:
- Account and control over petroleum products
- Formation of accounting documents
- Automatic printing of checks and fiscal reports

For the normal functioning of the system it is necessary to have:
- Personal computer having a class not lower than Celeron 1000 with RAM not less than 256 Mb.
- The master controller T&T, that forms a part of the complete set of the technical equipment STE T&T

It is possible to connect the system for measuring the level of fuel in reservoirs (VEEDER ROOT, STRUNA, etc), the system of clearing settlements on the basis of smart-card systems and other terminal equipment of filling stations on the request of a customer.

Software for the Computer Control SystemThe computer control system (CCS) represents a hardware-software complex for control over equipment of filling stations, for retail sale of petroleum products, for account of petroleum products, for sale of the accompanying goods. The necessity of the minimization of the labor of operator of the filling station, simplification of work of a management of filling station, exception of abusing served as the purpose of the creation of the system.
The software of CCS allows making adjustment at the filling stations with any configuration of technical means. Wide spectrum of service functions (the account, the control, formation of accounting documents, automatic listing of fiscal documents) facilitate work of the operator and the control over its work from the management. |

Requirements to HardwareFor the normal functioning of the system it is necessary to have:
- Personal computer having a class not lowers than Celeron 1000 with RAM not less than 256 Mb.
- The mechanical master controller T&T or the electronic master controller T&T, that forms a part of the complete set of technical equipment STE T&T (connection up to 4 controllers is possible).
- Electronic control cash register (not necessarily)

The system software operates under the licensed Windows 2000™. Software represents a packet of programs consisting of:

The program is distributed on a compact disc. The complete set includes an electronic key of protection of the software of Stealth type.

Level measuring systems:
Special reports at will of the customer are formed with use of the built-in language the BASIC. Because of the use of technology the client-server of a computer control system can work at several working stations, using general server, dividing such resources as cash register, master controller of fuel delivery dispensers, measuring system of level, data base.
The control system allows making payments under such forms: by cash, by a coupon, by a waybill, on a pay-sheet, by a pay card, on act.
At adjustment of the computer control system new forms of payment can be added and existing can be removed. The system has the built-in program "Shop" providing the account of sales of the accompanying goods (up to 2000 names, though this restriction is not rigid).

Each user of System has a separate record in a base (protected by a key). A record contains a surname, a name, a patronymic, the password, and also access rights. Access rights consist of combinations of permissions:
- Permission to sale the fuel
- Permission to sale the accompanying goods
- Permission to register the arrivals (of the fuel and accompanying goods)
- Permission to install the counters of fuel delivery dispensers
- Permission to change the prices
- Permission to configure the system
The system conducts the protocol of work in which actions of the operator, events, mistakes, failures of the equipment are brought and timed.
System supports the "shift operating mode". This means that the operator must in the beginning of a shift perform the operation "to open shift", and at the end of the work - "to close shift".
In the process of work the operator at any moment of time can obtain information about the sold goods and fuel.
